All cancellations must be electronically mailed to info@unlockthefuture.uk.

Refunds of registration fee less a £25 administration fee will be as follows:

• Cancellations received up and including 2nd January 2025 – Full refund
• Cancellations received from 3rd January 2025 to 15th February 2025 – 50% will be refunded
• From 16th February 2025 – no refund will be made
  

Substitutes:
Substitute requests must be in writing and provide the substitute’s details more than 48 hours in advance of the event date or the full fee will be due regardless of attendance.

We reserve the right to change the venue of the event and we also reserve the right to cancel the event if unavoidable or if it is not profitable. If an event is cancelled then this will be advised in writing via email as soon as is possible in advance of the event, and a full refund will be applicable.
